Yoga
Chelsea first found yoga in 2010 after trying every different exercise studio and gym there was, searching for the right fit. Little did she know that finding yoga would turn her life around and mean more than any exercise or activity. Once graduating from graduate school, she began practicing more regularly. She found yoga at a time when she needed it most. Struggling with anxiety and depression, Chelsea deeply connected to the emotional safety and spiritual aspect of yoga, discovering that each time she met herself on her mat, she began to find herself again. Yoga is a deep part of Chelsea’s life, creating a beautiful connection to mind and body, and self. Seeking to dive deeper and continue to absorb every little bit of this practice, she decided to take her YTT, purely for herself, without truly thinking of teaching. Soon after, she realized how much she loved to share this beautiful and connective practice with others, showing them how to find themselves on their mat, like she did. Chelsea hopes to share her joy and deep passion for this practice with you.
